  體育興趣-適應體育(SPE240) 課程概要
 
  中文概要
  一、教學目的:提高學生參與體育正課活動之興趣,並增進運動保健之認知,以期養成運動習慣,提升身體適能,進而改善生活品質。

二、課程內容 :個別化之適性教學,視學生能力及需要給予教材,而運動規則依需要酌予修飾,使其能適應學習情境及增進參與活動興趣。針對個人能力及限制,選擇能夠提昇體能及運動技巧之最適合運動型態如:伸展操、重量訓練、桌球、羽球、網球、水中活動等,以增強肌力,提高心肺功能。
  英文概要
  First, teaching purpose : Improve student's interest of participating in sports courses, promote the cognition with sport health care, in the hope of having sport habits, and then improve physical activity, and improve the quality of life.

Second, course content : Teach individually, depend on student's ability and need, then give different teaching type, and the rule of exercise could fit for the personal required, enable to suit the studying situation and promote their interests of participating in the activity. According to personal ability and limitation, we choose the most appropriate exercise type which improves fitness and exercise skill, for instance: stretch, weight training, table tennis, badminton, tennis, in order to strengthen the muscular strength, and improve the aerobic ability.
