  工商心理學導論(SOPS123) 課程概要
 
  中文概要
  工商心理學主要是將心理學的理論與原則,應用至工商業情境,提升組織效能與員工工作滿意,亦即關注的焦點在於工作情境中的個人行為,以科學方法進行研究,並將研究結果應用於解決工作世界中的真實問題。
具體而言,工商心理學導論主要介紹此領域的研究與應用範疇,引導學生探索及發展其生涯方向。課程包括四大部分:
1. 人力資源發展:包括員工甄選、訓練與發展、績效評估等。
2. 組織心理學:包括工作動機、員工滿意、領導、團隊等議題。
3. 工作生活品質:包括工作與家庭平衡、工作安全與職場壓力。
4. 消費者心理學:探討人們在生活消費過程中,在日常購買行為中的心理特徵及思考歷程,包括消費者的動機、情緒、行為意向與銷售互動等。
  英文概要
  Industrial and Organizational Psychology is the field of application of psychological theories and principles to the context of business and industry to improve organizational efficiency and employees’ job satisfaction. That is, I/O psychology is concerned with individual behaviors in work situations, using scientific methods to obtain answer and apply research findings to solve real problems in the world of work.
The most important purpose of this course is to introduce the research and application of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and guides students to explore and develop their career direction
The course consists of four main parts:
1. Human resources development: Including employee selection, training and development, performance evaluation, etc.
2. Organizational psychology: Including job motivation, job satisfaction, leadership, teamwork, etc.
3. Quality of life at work: Including work-family balance, job safety and workplace stress.
4. Consumer Psychology: To explore the psychological characteristics and thinking processes of people in the daily consuming behaviors, including the consumers’ motivations, emotions, intentions, behaviors, and interaction between salesmen.
