	本課程主要著重介紹社區在現代社會中面臨的課題，例如社區依附，社會行動，鄰里關係，社會企業，社區意識，社區健康和社區參與。討論這些社區課題只有一個目的：建立一個更好的社區。因此，本課程為學生提供了一個探索，發展和應用跨學科理論的機會，這些理論對理解社區研究的專業和學術領域是非常有用。如你所見，我們將在本課程中討論的許多核心原則和社會學方法讓參與者理解社區研究的內容為何總是不斷變化且經常相互矛盾的過程。即使如此，我們將通過本課程的學術視角來解構社區研究在實務工作上的迷思。
	英文概要
	This course mainly focuses on introducing the issues a community faces in the modern society, such as community attachment, social action, neighborhood relations, social enterprises, sense of community, community health, and community engagement. All have one purpose: to make a better community we live. Therefore, this course is an opportunity for students to explore, develop, and apply an interdisciplinary set of theories useful for understanding and acting within the professional and academic field of community studies. As you can see, the many core principles and sociological approaches we will discuss in this course are meant to let the participants understand why the business of community studies is a constant, never ending, and often contradictory process of shifting social figurations. Even so, participants will deconstruct the myths of what a community meaning in practice through our academic lens in this class.
