	環境社會學(SOPS211) 課程概要

	中文概要
	本課程藉由對本土及全球環境問題的介紹，啟發學生對台灣及世界自然環境的關心。另也將從社會學的角度引導學生了解自然環境與人類社會、經濟發展、國家政策之間環環相扣的關係，進而思考台灣在發展過程中未來的走向。
	英文概要
	The purpose of this course is to introduce the issues of local and global environments and to enlighten students’ concern about the natural surroundings and ecology of Taiwan and all over the world. We also discuss our living social-physical environmental problems from a social perspective. Base on the lectures, readings, class discussion, and homework. Every student is expected to be more sensitive to his/her own living environment and to gain the ability to analyze the forces, which shape our environment.
