  組織心理學(SOPS245) 課程概要
 
  中文概要
  本課程之教學目標除了西方的組織社會心理學的理論介紹,諸如馬克思主義、系統理論、行動理論、
社會交換理論等,還有近年來台灣心理學界對組織的研究的介紹,諸如組織中的人情與面子、
組織中有關公平分配、義理、衝突與和諧的概念與實務,企圖在西方架構下形成一個比較貼近台灣社會
的組織社會心理學的觀點,然後依此觀點來探討組織中的議題,包括組織與系統的概念、組織特性、
環境、組織角色、組織效能、權力與職權、外部酬賞、動機內化、組織溝通、組織政策與決策過程、
組織領導、衝突、組織變革等議題。
因此,本課程上課方式採互動式教學,首先由教師講授相關的社會心理學理論、以及台灣社會心理學的
觀點,進而來探討組織中的重要議題;其次,則由學生分成小組報告依授課主題利用課餘時間於所選取
的組織中進行實證研究,透過雙向的師生交流,以達到理論與實務的互動、增進學生對理論與現象間的
掌握、分析與組織能力。
  英文概要
  The objective of this course is to establish a conceptual frame closing to
Taiwanese’ perspectives of social psychology under the frame work of western
academies. Such effort includes the introduction of western social psychology
theories of organization, such as Marxism, Social System theory, Social Action
theory, and Social Exchange theory, and the presentation of Taiwanese social
psychology researches in organizations, such as Chinese relations and face,
the concept of distribution equity, justice, conflict and harmony. Then, the
issues of organization, such as Organizations and the System Concept,
Characteristics of Social Organizations, Environment, Organization Roles,
Organization Effectiveness, Power and Authority, External Rewards and
Incentives, Internalized Motivation and Performance, Communication,
Policy Formulation and Decision Making, Leadership, Conflict,
Organizational Change, etc, will be discussed. This course will take
an interactive instruction. First of all, teacher will lecture
social psychology theories, Taiwanese perspectives of social psychology
and introduce the important issues of organizations; Secondly,
the students will be asked to proceed an empirical research in organizations
and make a report in the end of course. The goal of this interactive lecture
is to increase students’ comprehension, analytical and organizing ability
between theories and phenomena.
