團體諮商(SOPS311) 課程概要
中文概要
本課程目的在使學生學習團體諮商理論並得到帶領「大學生成長團體」的經驗和技術。
每位學生將會在本課程中獲得設計團體方案、領導/協同領導團體的進行、同儕督導、
以及驗證諮商理論等學習機會。
英文概要
This course provides an overview of basic elements of group process, with a
focus on stages of group development. The focus on the evolution of groups
will include forming a group or the pregroup phase, initial stage, transition
stage, working stage, and ending of a group including final and follow-up
stages. Material includes an introduction to group work, guidelines for
multicultural practice, ethical and professional issues in group practice,
group leadership, early and later stages of groups.
The course is geared to provide students with:
(1) an explanation of the nature and function of various types of groups,
(2) a delineation of the various stages of groups,
(3) skill development and techniques associated with counseling small groups
of clients,
(4) practice in the use of skills and techniques applicable to various stages
of group development, various client populations, and various counseling
situations,
(5) feedback mechanisms for group process evaluations,
and (6) a forum for examining the pros and cons of implementing therapeutic
techniques.
