	實驗設計(SOPS313) 課程概要

	中文概要
	實驗設計為心理學門重要方法學課程，經由先修科目統計學和研究法，之後便設計可行實驗，做為假設檢定之方法。實驗設計必須同時考量統計方法、理論依據與可行性等，並據此進行實驗後以進行結果分析及論文寫作。
	英文概要
	Experimental design is one of the essential methodological courses in Psychology. After studying the prerequisite courses such as “statistics” and “social research methods”, the next step is to design an experiment and to implement it to test the hypothesis. A good experiment must take statistical methods and theories into consideration, and after implementation, the results should be able to be analyzed and discussed. This course provides the training to students who will study advanced Psychology courses, or to do investigations as their occupation requires. After this course, students are demanded to have the abilities as follows: 1.To propose an interesting issue and to produce a research hypothesis; 2.Papers review; 3.To design a practicable experiment; 4.Implementation; 5.Data analysis and result interpretation; 6.Scientific writing; Teaching approach: lecturing by professor, oral reports and discussions by students, term paper (research proposal), examinations
