中文概要
"本課程目的在介紹同學們認識社會學各個重要的基本概念。除了探討個人在成為「社會人」的過程中，
如何受到其生存之社會、文化、團體組織的影響，我們也將瞭解社會本身如何受個人影響而改變。"
英文概要
"This course provides an introduction to the field of sociology, its methods,
concepts, and its major foci. By the end of this school year you are expected
to obtain a basic understanding about elements of society that act as a
constraint on you, and you will also know how and through what means you can
affect the society in which you find yourselves. In addition, you are expected
to know how to think sociologically about your own life and the world around
you."
