	人際關係理論與實務(SOPS247) 課程概要

	中文概要
	本課程主要以心理學、社會學與諮商輔導的理論與知識為基礎，結合生活經驗與非正式觀察，探討現代人人際關係問題，藉以激發學生繼續研究的興趣與潛能，並應用所學於日常生活或相關工作領域。除人際關係的意義、要素、與研究方法等基本議題外，主要探討內容有：人際關係發展、性格(含自我)與人際關係、社會文化與人際關係、人際知覺與態度、情緒與人際關係、人際衝突與溝通、人際關係與心理健康(含心理異常)、人際關係與生涯發展 (含愛情與家庭)、職場人際關係、人際關係與行銷工作等。
	英文概要
	Based upon the related knowledge basis of psychology and sociology, this course examines the issues of personal relationships in the family, at school, in the community, and in the workplace. Major topics include relationship development, personality and personal relationship, perceptions and attitudes in social interaction, emotions and emotional management in relationships, interpersonal conflict and communication, interpersonal relationship and mental health, interpersonal relationship and career development, as well as interpersonal relationship and marketing management.
