	中文概要
	助人工作者若能熟悉各項諮商技巧，可增進諮商效益，提昇諮商品質。諮商理論有各種不同學派，不同理論對問題有不同解讀，也有各種不同的諮商技巧。本課程在教導學習者各種諮商技巧，包含：傾聽、專注、情感反映、提問、具體化、同理心、自我表露、面質、立即性、空椅法、量尺技術、例外技術、重新架構、外化、一般化等，希望學習者能精熟各種諮商技巧，並能應用於實務工作中，提昇諮商能力，並為成為專業的諮商人員而準備。
	英文概要
	Helping workers who are familiar with the various counseling skills can enhance their counseling effectiveness and improve the counseling quality. There are various approaches of counseling theory, different counseling approaches have different skills. There are some of the most important counseling skills in this course, including Listening, Attending, Feelings reflections, Asking Questions, Concreteness, Empathy, Self-Disclosure, Confrontation, Immediacy, Empty chair, Scaling, Reframing, Externalizing, and Generalizing. Counseling is about creating strong relationships with clients that will empower them to obtain mental health and to fulfill their goals. Through the use of intentional counseling techniques and an understanding of human nature developed through counseling theories, learners can improve their counseling ability and prepare to become professional counselors.
