財務理論與政策(FIN306) 課程概要
中文概要
本課程定位為中級財務管理，課程內容結合將財務管理與公司行為理財，使同學對於實務上管理者在應用財務管理的各種工具與技術時，會遭遇到哪些實際問題、以及管理者可能做出哪些偏離理論的決策與行為，能獲得更貼近真實狀況的體認。
英文概要
The level of this course is intermediate financial management, which combines financial management with corporate behavioral finance. Understanding each instrument and technique of financial management, problem solving, and some decision behaviors of managers which deviate from conventional theories to realize the real situation.
