	中文概要
	本課程主要在於使學習者對證券機構、證券市場交易機制、證券市場的商品有全貌性的理解，以及對於技術分析工具有初步認識，而能將之應用於投資理財的實務中。其主要內容為，有價證券募集與發行、集中市場、店頭市場、其他證券相關服務機構、證券市場交易機制、債券、共同基金、認購(售)權證、存託憑證、K線理論、移動平均線、市場投資現況與未來趨勢等事項。
	英文概要
	The aim of this course is to help students completely figure out security institutions, the mechanism and instruments of security trading, to preliminarily reorganize the tools of technical analysis, and to make practical use of investment and financial management. The main contents are raising and issuing securities, secondary markets, OTC markets, other security institutions, the trading mechanism of security markets, bonds, funds, warrants, deposit receipts, the theory of K-line, moving average line, the investing situation of current market, and future trends.
