	不動產管理(FIN401) 課程概要

	中文概要
	本課程提供不動產管理之基本慨念與相關背景知識，包括國內不動產發展、不動產法規制度、不動產類型、不動產相關行業等，並講授探討不動產投資、生產、交易、使用等過程。本課程區分為： 1.基本概念 2.房地產運作與相關行業 3.理論與實務 4.國內外發展；讓同學了解不動產的學術及實務領域，再藉以財管理論為基礎，強化在不動產財務金融管理方面的知識。
	英文概要
	The course provides the basic conception and background of domestic real estates market, including development, regulation, types, related industries, and so on; we also discuss the operation procedure of real estates, such as investment, production, trade, and usage. It is separated into four parts: 1. basic concepts; 2. the functioning of real estates and related industries; 3. theories and practices; 4. domestic and foreign development. It enables students to understand the academic and practical dimensions of real estates, and then enhance their knowledge which is about the knowledge of real estates on the base of financial management.
