	管理學(DBA201) 課程概要

	中文概要
	本課程最主要的目的在於：(1)讓經理人了解市場環境的內涵，以及其對於企業經營的影響；(2)熟悉各種策略工具，以獲致企業在市場環境中的競爭優勢。除讓學生了解企業五管的基本意涵外,並從規劃、組織、用人、領導到控制，使同學了解上述的各項管理功能，並對相關學理的發展歷程建立基本概念。
	英文概要
	include:(1)to inform our students by providing concepts and practices of modern management,(2) to instruct our students by describing how they can take action on the ideas discussed in practical situations, and (3) to inspire our students to become not only better managers but future leaders as well.
