	中文概要
	本課程將廣泛地介紹金融市場與金融機構之組織、工具與現況，進而對影響金融市場最巨之中央銀行及其主導之貨幣政策，以及相關之貨幣理論有基礎的瞭解，進而釐清匯率與利率的關係。本課程冀期引領同學進入貨幣理論殿堂，以期同學能善加利用理論工具，實際分析內外在金融環境的變化所造成之全面性影響。
	英文概要
	This course comprehensively introduces the structure, instrument, and current situation of financial market and institution. Understanding central bank and its monetary policies, which play the most important part in financial market, basically, students will comprehend monetary theories, and master the relationship between exchange rates and interest rates. Theories will be used properly to analyze the general influence which is from the internal and external change of financial environment.
