	實證資本市場(FIN303) 課程概要

	中文概要
	本課程引導同學熟悉當前關於資本市場在實證研究上之主要議題及重要成果，並從而引導同學具備實證研究的基本能力。本課程以「投資學」為基礎，介紹投資學基本理論，如固定收益證券之評價、股票基本分析、投資組合理論等，並可與「證券市場分析」及「財務計量應用」等課程互相配合。
	英文概要
	This course guides students to be familiar with the main issues and important findings of capital markets, and to be capable of empirical researches. Based upon "investment", it introduces the basics first, such as the pricing of fixed income securities, the basic analysis of stocks, the theory of portfolio investment, and so on. Moreover, this course are complementary to to some courses, such as Security Market Analysis, Applied Quantitative Finance, and so on.
